Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious with excellent lighting, though it was a bit challenging to cool the room down to our preferred temperature. The service was exceptional, with the staff being amazing, helpful, and always friendly. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to the Rupp Arena, downtown Lexington, and the University of Kentucky, making it very convenient for my son's graduation. The dining experience could have been better as the options were limited, but overall, it was still okay. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed.
The hotel offered more than expected given the price, with spacious and quiet rooms, but some maintenance issues like chipped paint and squeaky beds. The sink outside the bathroom was a unique feature. Service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff going the extra mile. The location was convenient for various purposes, but some room amenities like chairs outside were missing. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with nice offerings but also disappointing options. Facilities were generally good with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable but had some issues, the service was friendly and helpful, the location had its ups and downs, and the dining options were average. The facilities provided added value to my stay, but there were some drawbacks to consider.
Upon arrival, I had a disappointing experience with the room, which had several issues like unpainted drywall, chipped paint, and squeaky beds. However, the rooms were spacious and well-lit. The persistent dampness was a downside to an otherwise decent stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and huge, offering a suite-like setup with a separate living room. The only downside was that my room wasn't ready until after the regular check-in time, but it was well-lit to make up for it. The service was top-notch, especially from Maureen, who always made me feel welcome. The location was fantastic, giving easy access to Rupp Arena, downtown Lexington, and UK. The dining experience was decent with a variety of breakfast options. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
